To Hell With Chac!

Dun-dun-dun, dun-de-dun, dun-de-dun.  Well, today's the big day.  I woke up feeling more alive than I have all year.  My senses were sharper than a hypodermic needle...so sharp that I cut my mom off mid-jab and silenced her with my irresistable force.  She didn't even know what hit her.  Well, these are all lies.  I woke up a bit groggy actually because I had to pick my sister up at the airport late last night.  It doesn't matter how I was feeling because tonight has been a long time coming.  I still don't know where I'm going to watch the game, but I can guarantee that only acrid Oakland rain will deny me.  Judging by the forecast, this worst-case-scenario will be playing out shortly.  Crap.

Red Sox @Texas in 1/2 hour. Hellooooo ESPN.com!

I know, I can't wait for that either.

You should check out CBS Sportsline for substituting the internet for TV.  I've spent lots of time scouring the interweb for the best baseball site for 'watching' the game and this is hands down the best.  It updates itself and it gives summaries for every at-bat during the inning (incase you miss something).  There is also a cool pitch-tracker thing that shows you on a diagram where each pitch was thrown.

watching the mets on gamecast now amazing what they did with it, see the pitch throw and they play the ball to where it was hit, even give it the 3d effect of a pop up, love espn

Hmmm, I'll have to check that out.  I found Sportsline two years ago and maybe ESPN has usurped the title of "Cavutto's Favorite Baseball Score Website".
